In some of the previous emails to the list, it was mentioned that ICICI bank was also using OpenOffice as their office suite, to cut down costs. Open Source Software is on its way to reach _more_ masses.

"free as in beer". ICICI customer care still uses Lookout with Talisma and Exchange.
