Please ask Ubuntu Developers about it. Or use Debian 'Sid' Unstable (at your own risk) if you want constant updates of whatever you installed in your system.

I just wanted to tell that I did not ask a NOOB question ( like some people who like to put questions on mailing list before using their brains..) it was a question which couldn't be found on the net except some dedicated dev forum or LUG mailing list.. (just clearing my stand)

You didn't asked N00B question, but you are changing 'Subject' of thread everytime you reply mostly like N00B do :P
The reason is that he is using the digest version of the mailing list. I would advise against it.

Even while using the digest version, it is a simple matter to edit the Subject line to correspond to the thread the poster is referring to.
