BarCamp Mumbai is happening this Saturday at KReSIT in IIT Mumbai. It's a simple gathering of geeks to talk about geeky stuff. Not restricted to linux or foss, but I hope there's a good representation from this camp. The only prerequisite is that you don't sit quietly in a corner.
My university Exams are going on ...:(...
But I have a three day break from 13 - 15th of May...wohoo!
BarCamp is about participation. Everyone needs to either give a talk or participate in a discussion. Just show up and write down on the whiteboard what you'd like to talk about/discuss.
I am not pretty sure about my participation, but I think I can make an attempt to join! Can I speak something about CRM, using a PPT slide? Is a student allowed to do so?
--------------------------------- If you don't know something, its always better to learn it and then experiment with components! PLAN THINGS BEFORE EXECUTION! Visit http://www.somaiya.edu You have the ability to change things so that they, not only benefit you but others as well, but you might resist to...think about it! The different distros of GNU/Linux pretty much resemble the different cultures of indians all having the same foundation (the kernel) Use OpenOffice.orgDownload it for windows from http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.0/

No slides. This isn't as much of a formal presentation as a scaled up BoF.
Is a student allowed to do so?
Yes. Speak about something interesting, speak about cool stuff you have been doing...
