Just a suggestion. Instead of going in for a whole scale groupware wouldn't a CVS plus a bug reporting program (like bugzilla or track+) suffice for project co-ordination. We can add a discussion forum (like phpBB) here carrying project specific discussions. People contribute to software on an as and when basis and complete groupware package can get irrelevent here.
Excuse me for slightly degressing from the topic. I am a latest entrant into the this ILUG community, though I am using GNU/Linux for more than 5 mths now. In maintaining the tradition of quid pro quo GNU/Linux tradition I wish to proffer my help to the ILUG-Mumbai activites. At present I feel I would be better off with the designing and maintaing of ILUG-Mumbai website. I spring from a hardware background and will be picking up the software concepts as I get along. So in short, can this tyro be of any help in this area -- considering the fact that I can regularly put in only an hour or so of work everyday.

Thanks a lot, Vinod, for your offer...Trevor can we get vinod involved with the groupware and web site initiative...it really makes sense to have someone looking at web maintenance in a focussed manner so that we can avoid the kind of problems we have with zope on the Volunteer directory.
