When is the next ILUG meet scheduled to be? Venue? And what's the agenda?

I missed out on the last meet at the FreeOS.com office. Where could I find the minutes to that meet? A small brief was posted on this list and I did read it. However a summary of what was *discussed* and what was spoken would be good, over and above who spoke. It would be nice if the speaker could post a basic tutorial/article about what (s)he spoke on the ILUG site (has this been done already?).
