Sending this mail on behalf of Devdas Bhagat who asked me to relay this message to the list since he doesn't have internet access until tomorrow night or such.

Mr. Rajesh, of NIXI ( www.nixi.in / The National Internet eXchange of India ) will be in Mumbai on Monday, 4th of August. He would be visiting the Directi office in Mumbai and would be very interested to meet LUG members. One of agenda for the meeting is for sponsoring bandwidth for foss projects or foss setups like - local copy of sf.net, debian/fedora/ubuntu/yourfavdistro, indlinux mirrors. NIXI is very interested in going ahead with this idea and have had meetings regarding this with the ilug-del. Directi has expressed interest in sponsoring the hardware for the same cause.

Lug members who are interested in meeting up with Mr. Rajesh to discuss the above are very welcome and encouraged to join Devdas and others at Directi office ( Malad ) for lunch or later. JFYI, Mr. Rajesh will be leaving on Monday evening itself.
