Hmm, done. But going off on a tangent, is "reverse engineering the
password" illegal?
afaik not if you paid for it - only reverse engineering someone
else's password would be illegal

Hello,
To play safe, we could put just the decryption process on the wiki. Not the actual procedure on how to go about connecting to Pacenet with the decrypted password. It could be considered illegal if you post information that undermines the security or violates the policy of the company. Hence, I suggest only the decryption process be described on wiki.

Please take a look at the how-to. Its your decryption algorithm after all ;-) At least I got it from your forum posts. I suppose the rest of the process is a generic 'connect to a ppp' procedure.

nothing illegal - no problem. If pacenet has a problem let them put it on the wiki (one of their people is registered anyway, and he can place his point of view)
