You can download using bittorrent -- it generally gives good download speeds. Get the torrent file from here:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/edubuntu/gutsy/
You can check your package manager for various options for bittorrent clients to download the image.

Take a look here http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu-releases/edubuntu/7.10/ select the iso you want (copy the link in a buffer) and do:
nohup wget --continue --append wget.log <url to the selected iso> &

yah but tracker shows only 5 seed so speed is getting only 5kb/s and give more tracker ???? local one will be better or any server available in mumbai ??
