Is there any FEM software equal or better than FElt http://felt.sourceforge.net/

It used to be good. But on new and decent Linux distributions its rendering part is not working. Like stress contours shown at http://felt.sourceforge.net/stress.gif

It seems to be dead.

Any one who know some alternate software or way to make it to render properly.
