I ve internal DLink Modem 56KBPS. I cant detect it
under
Linux 9.0.
I read this in software modem documents of GNU/Linux the other day ....
---------Check the modems minimum system requirement details (written on its box or in modem drivers CD)if it says Minimum System Requirement Windows95/98/2000, NT, XP,ME.....Then it wont work in GNU/Linux..----------
and the modem you mentioned above does has the the above min.sys requirement (according to my knowledge)....Check it up and let know..
