Hi
I am trying to install RHEL AS on Intel 101 motherboard. It is giving system kernel panic error. Any work arounds to install Linux ? I want to install it on the ST3160021A 160 GB HD. And the windows is installed on the ST3250823AS 250gb HD. If any one has installed Linux on 101 motherboard please help me with tips on doing the same.

But if u wanna install Debian u can first boot with a knoppix live cd and do lspci -v and mail the result to the list.

Get a kernel version 2.6.17 or above.
