I'm using woody 3.0. I installed some packages like jdk, netbeans etc using tar/bin installer and some more application simmilarly. I also installed 2.6 kernel. This has created unmet dependencies, how do I resolve it?

Is internet working on that machine? Then apt-get -f install can repair the dependencies.
