I think a ban is called for. Wonder why the onus is on the recipient, when the parent organisation has no control over it's content or employees.

Unless ofcourse ICICIBank can offer free for life 0% APR credit cards and no minimum balance accounts and sponsorship for the avsap project for putting up with the disclaimer and legal notice. which is hilarious in anycase. i am supposed to delete the message AND inform the sender? imagine if all the 700 LUG members respond to the message saying that it was not intended for them and as per your instructions, they are letting the sender know. That would get the message across. (no pun intended).
