New subject: Sound Card Configuration problems with HP d330 desktop

      Hi group,
I have installed Suse Linux 7.3 on my HP d330
desktop.I am having problems configuring the sound
card.The sound card is AC 97 inbuilt card in the intel
chipset.The intel chipset specs which i get from lspci
-v are:

the inbuilt sound card:

My kernel version is 2.4.10.It contains a driver code
for i810 chipset audio card(AC 97).But when i try to
insert that module(insmod i810_audio.o) i get the
follwing errors.

Should i upgrade my kernel?Any Links which contain the
linux driver for the concerned card will be
helpful.Looking for help from the group.
