Three talks will be too much for 2 hours. I would suggest that you schedule only 1 or 2 talks and make sure that they are completed in prescribed time-line.

If more talks are there, and if some people have to leave because they are coming from afar, some speakers may be offended.
Please consider limiting talks to either one or two at the most.

All the three speakers have wished to speak. I'll leave upto them to decide upon how much time they would take (as i seriously have no idea how much each topic would take.)

dear dinesh, I and rajeev have pre decided the plan that we will do a joint talk. he wants me to demonstrate emacspeak with flite on his machine so we can skip the accessibility part. I too agree that we need to do one or 2 talks as such. Rajeev mail me off list your contact number so that we can speek. thanks,
Krishnakant.
So willthe meer be carried on after 6pm or does it end at 6? If going beyond 6, is there any further plans what will be done then?

well it so happens that I too need to come from borivali. I have an important meeting till 2 pm. mrugesh, can you kindly accompany me? I will meet you on the bus stop or where ever you say. I will be free by 2.30 in the afternoon. actually I am well aquented with the root from Dadar but given my visual problems I am not able to always locate the root when I go for the first time. so any one who is going to come from borivali can accompany me if possible. Borivali? I don't think I'll be coming to Borivali.. Then again, if no one's there to accompany you, I don't mind coming over. The problem is, I've never been to Borivali before..

Hi All,
I'm Really sorry about this, but unfortunately, I will not be in a position to make it to this meet. I know this is a last minute withdrawal, but i'm basically stuck with work, and am destined to be slogging the entire day, coz i have a major demo tomr. Have to put together a system based on GNUenterprise Components for the Bihar government, And it is a chance i cannot miss, to push an open system into the highest levels of government, with the directive coming directly from the CM, Mr. Nitish Kumar. Ironically enough, it is for Bihar ;)
I do hope you guys will understand. If I manage to clinch this deal, i will give u a full description of it at the next lug meet, as well as my intended talk on linux on handhelds. So Anurag, you will unfortunately have to count me out for this meet m8.
Regards R. K. Rajeev
