Sessions * Pylons : By Krishnakant Mane * Introduction to Django Web Framework : By Ankur Gupta Focus is on introducing django to those who have never used it. Will be making use of an event registration application to teach basics of model, view, forms, admin. By the time the session ends user will know the basics of creating a web application using Django and it's modules/components. * How to deploy Django application : By Sanjay This session will talk on tools used to deploy Django based web application.
Pre-Requisites: * Basic knowledge of python and programming.
If you would like to practically try out the examples in the workshop, please carry your laptop along. Wi-fi can be made available if needed.
should I have to register to participate? and also I am not a developer, I am a system admin. I am using python for quite some times. Will it be right for me to attend the meeting?

Hi Sachin, No registration is required for the event. As to whether the meeting will be suitable for you is left for you to decide. The topics will be focusing on web development aspects of python. So, as a sys admin you might be interested in using those to create a web front-end to your custom app or you might just want to attend the meeting so you get to meet with other python user's. So, that decision is left to you if you think it's worth attending the meeting or not.
