hi see u cant get full drivers for conexant modems,unless & until u pay them 14$. coz its third party driver, made by linuxant. or else go with free version of it which restrict ur speed to 14kpbs only.

note:- if u found full driver any where pls do inform me. coz mine is also conexant hsf modem.
