Hello All,
I am using CDrecord software version 1.10 to write my CDs. I found that it writes the CD too slow. I am using Lite-on external USB CD-Writer. I explicitly specified the speed by using the speed option to 40x. But that doesn't help. I tried with the same media and writer on my Windows machine with similar configuration and it writes it much faster.(It took only 4 minutes on Windows but 11 minutes on Linux). Is it an issue with CDRecord ? Is there any other Cdrecording software on Linux that will write it faster ?
Hi try using xcdroast. regards Milind dhoke
