Looking slick! It has a much more professional look. Not that it didnt have any earlier but its much better than the earlier site. Great work guys!

Uses tables. I would suggest redesigning it to follow W3C accessibility guidelines and standards.
Also, not sure what was wrong with the old site. In the new site, the search results page is completely different from the rest of the site, as also the listinfo page. In the old site everything had a uniform template.

New site has most of the older functionality. And adding content to the site will be easier and highly organised in the long run. I'll fix the issues pointed by you.
