Can these be put in hall of shame? Starting now all companies are required to file returns electronically and under digital signature. A look at Ministry of Company Affairs site reveals that you need WInXP or WIndow2000 O/S only to do e-filing. They have ofcourse set up nominated e-filing centres to help users. But who will guarantee that my e-signatures are not copied or key logged by spyware running at such centres?
