How do I find out what is being downloaded ? or what program is the guilty one ?
assuming you have one nic connected to the modem
tcpdump -vv -i eth0 will dump all packets passing thru eth0

You have installed a networking relay software that runs in the background.

Tor works as both a server and as a client. By default, Tor runs as a client only, but it can be configured to allow other users to connect to your system as a Tor node.
You are configured as a relay.
