I have a RH7.2 Setup with netsharing enabled, where i allocate Static IPs to my users. I restrict my users on MAC.  1 of my user has setup a proxy within this setup, and i wish to restrict him to only 1 IP. can some1 pls help me?

Please do not send HTML mail. A properly setup proxy cannot be detected. A Linux box by default will use ports > 60000 for NATing, but these are just kernel defines. You can put in a clause in your ToS that NATing proxies are not allowed, and trace offending users by excessive bandwidth use.
