You have to login in to irc server ( addresses given on the ilug site ) using a irc client I really don't know how you will do this from cybercafe.

Most computers in cybercafes have mIRC installed on them. Some may even have [ugh] pIRCh. I wouldn't know how to get on pure IRC channels with a browser. Can it even be done?
