i would have loved to come to the meet and also volunteer for any job if required. sadly i have my exams coming up so i may not be able to participate. :-(

Good Idea. I would also suggest that we charge a
minimal fee --
~20Rs. or something & provide snacks. The best part
about the GLUG
meets is the interaction with group members -- not
the talks IMHO. It
would be good if we have more informal time to chat
& discuss than to
sit formally and listen to someone yak. A debate,
game or something
interactive would be great as it would cut the ice.
If any volunteering is needed, I am available.
I also kinda like the HBCSE place ... '-)
