Hi Whenever I connect to the Internet from my reliance phone in Linux(FC2) and log on to site www.indianrail.gov.in i always get an error - Request Time Out. So I use a public proxy server (currently - 203.199.85.2:3128) and then get access to the site. However when i connect to the Internet from reliance phone in Windows I do not need a proxy server for the same site. What could be the reason? And how can i inform the reliance ISP about this problem? Moreover I ve observed that the site shows time-out for all foreign proxy servers. So I guess they ve blocked foreign servers. But then why such a weird problem with Reliance ISP??
