      Hi,
Well if u have forgotten ur nick passwd & is unable to identify to /nickserv 
then only 1 person can reset ur pass & he is the CSOP .. only a CSop or the IRC 
Opertator - services administrator can reset ur nickserv passwds .. 
CSOP can reset/drop ur channels & ur nicks both ...
send a memo/mail to the CSop or services admin to drop ur nick & u can re-
register again..
