When I said my comp crashed I meant that when I "hit the button" all that happened was that the power led glowed - no display and no led even for the hard disk. However, it turned out that is was more my hopes that had crashed. The BIOS had got corrupted and a call to Acer helpline fixed that. The comp is up and about again. BTW +1 from me. Sanjay

Since some of us are now having these netbooks, could you tell us what were the steps they told to get the system up again. Thanks in advance.
