Cmoon....why are you so tough on pple. Let them make mistakes dear. So what even if he asks for pple with 16years in php???. Its his requirements. If its met or not thro this advt is another question.
Am not trying to police noone. But i think this place needs to chill out and let ppe pet down their hair and just be the screwups they are in life. Trying to be politically/gramatically/technically correct all the time isnt one of the pre-requisites of this mailing list.
