I installed qmail on RHEL. Which is the good web interface compatible with this?

Try Squirrelmail or webmail they are the perfect interface for qmail,lf ur using Mailbox u need to apply patch as normally they take Maildir format mailboxes.Also there are lots of good plugins available for them.

Check SuSE Linux OpenExchange server (live demo is available on novell's website), coniguring it is not trivial. Once configured, you wont like to use anything else.
