Please explain me What is objectClass attribute ?Isn't it objectClass from which new objects are define?

Also explain me the notion behind below assertion.

OpenLDAP 2 requires an equality index on the objectClass attribute for performance reasons.

## Must be maintained for performance reasons index objectClass eq
