Hi,
I think we have lots of project to offer, I want to develop Improved mailing list manager, A software similar to flash and I am also planning for one search engine similar to google.com (I do not know if one already exist so I am analysing this project). In my opinion we are short of developers, we probably should stress on this when RMS is here and we have lots of people interested in doing something good. We need to arrange for workshops and seminars on development on linux just after a few days after RMS visit and inform everyone about the same when RMS is here (May be at the RMS speech at VJTI). We definately need to spread the word about the ILUG-BOM mailing list, gforge site and PRC when he is here.
Bye.

Read about semantic web, and gnowsys, http://www.gnowledge.org. Future search engines are going to follow semantic webtechnology. Gnowsys canhelp build a search engine, and directories for the entire cyberspace etc.
If you are interested we can talk about integrating mailman kind of functionality to gnowsys so that mail management can be done properly, with automatic archiving and search facility I already have the framework ready.
