How to install PCQLinux 7.01 on extended partition ?

My current system configuration is Win98 system with 10.2 GB HDD

It has extended partition drive E: .

Now to the point,

How to create Linux-native partitions on this drive E: I have tried partitionless installation but didn't worked.
