Leave it man. It is proved beyond doubt that PC Quest is not only lousy but a hell lot of other things too. Do not bother about those fellows and unecessarily fill up your brain space. I am sure you can be more productive if you concentrate on other topics at hand.

The OP is unable to install the distro on three different configs and has given up... but he still decides to support it "blindly" and refuses to recognize that the distro is worse than FC4.
