As I said earlier in Bombay if you surf News papers, Embedded Systems Training, mostly includes training in RTOS,8051,etc...
That is why the term "Embedded Systems" is used so that It would be easy for people to identify the courses normally offered.
I also agree, Embedded Linux is a part of Embedded Systems.
