All,
I was able to use Reliance Netconnect BB+ on Ubuntu 10.04 without doing much and Ubuntu detecting the device and just asking for the number to be dialled and credentials.
However, once I had to just test a proxy server on ubuntu so I plugged in a LAN Card and then tried to connect to BB+ the usual way I do. However, since then (and at that time) I have not been able to connect to BB+ at all and Ubuntu just doesn't connect to the internet.
I recently noted that in the logs (dmesg) it shows up eth0: link not ready for some odd reason - I do not have the LAN cable connected any longer now.
Is this a recent known bug (I couldn't find any bugs though) or is there something that I'm not doing correctly?
