So this means google did something to make it happen? Which means they can and are in control of what website should be ranked first? Scary ;-) Is Google going to be another Microsoft that we all have begun to hate so much?
It may not have any thing to do with google making a change. Google uses some type of ranking based on number of times a word comes in a linked page (never bothered with details). This has been used in the past, most famous being linking evil or something to microsoft website. Google removed it when it became popular and comon knowledge.
There are lots of documents on how to take a google ranking up. This one is done by community effort. If many different websites same the same thing, ranking goes up.
