We can do this at MET this time--around 60 of their students are likely to attend. Satish Mohan of Red Hat is willing to talk on Open Source Architecture. This talk was also given at the Calcutta LUG and around 100 people attended.

Is MET willing to give their venue on sunday's? Mr Prasak Kulkarni from MET had requested me to hold meetings on saturday instead of Sunday since their students can attend the meetings.
Mumbai users group (focused on Microsoft technologies) used to have their meetings at MET on saturday, they have also shifted to working days (MON-FRI) at some other locations. Not sure if MET is willing to provide resources on saturday/sunday.
If the meeting need to be on weekdays Novell is ready to provide the venue.

Sat Jan 8th is PLUG meet in pune, since these meets ( PLUG & GLUG ) are kind of going to be my last (oh, ya I am leaving netcore & shifting out of mumbai). I was thinking to try attend both.
