Dear Hitesh, by following the steps given below you can get rid of this problem

1. boot the system with 1st cd in rescue mode linux rescue 2. reinstall the boot loader on mbr ... grub-install /dev/hda ( assuming you use grub and primary master drive) 3. reboot the system
