Hi guys,
I was trying to install modutils-2.4.6-2 and got the rpm <=3 error and therefore tried to upgrade my rpm to rpm-3.0.6.6x
it gives me the following error
bzip2 >= 0.9.0c-2 is needed by rpm-3.0.6.6x libbz2.so.0 is needed by rpm-3.0.6.6x
where do i get these ?

Search for bzip and bzip-devel. If you get the src.rpm of bzip, then you don't have to get the devel package separately.
