Hi, I am trying to build a custom cd from knoppix. I am following the tutorial at http://gnubox.dyndns.org:8080/~sunil/knoppix.php

when i do an apt-get

the error is 'could not connect to...time out...'

i think the problm is that my proxy server is not aloowing it to connect.

so please help me in getting around this problem.

AND ALSO PLZ TELL ME MORE LINKS ABOUT CUSTOMISING AND REMASTERING THE LINUX ON CDs
