That was the point behind sending the Wikipedia link and not ``just" my thoughts on the same. The end of the article raises those points. Anyway the result of the trial will give us the final picture. Never the less i felt that i should post this, and let people make their own conclusions. Anything further from me would be a biased prejudice.

do not have anything to do with this otherwise. It is not peoples' place to pass judgements in public over someone they're not remotely concerned with otherwise.
