The preparations for our hamfest India 2004 is in full wing, We have already opened the registrations for the fest. Our Hamfest website www.hamfest2004.org is up and fully functional.

The dates and the Venue of the fest are as follows:-

Dates : 24th / 25th / 26th December 2004. (Fri /Sat / Sun).

Venue : P.L.Deshpande Kala Academy. ( Ravindra Natya Mandir) , Worli, Mumbai.

Registration Fee: For HAM/XYL/SWL � Rs.500/- For Harmonics between age 5 to 12 � Rs.250/- For Senior Citizens (age above 60 yrs) � Rs.250/- For Harmonics below age 5 � Free Mode of payment : Deposit Cheque in ICICI Bank / Demand Draft / Cash

The registration fees also includes food (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner).

We have trying to make Hamfest India 2004 as interesting and interactive as possible, we have added lots of new programs such as Quiz Competitions, Morse competitions, Fox Hunt, Treasure Hunt, Special movies, etc..etc.. we are sure that you will a wonderful time during this festival.

We also have kept lucky draws for early bird registrations (before 25th November 2004), we have 3 ICOM IC-2100 VHF Base Stations as lucky draw prizes.. All those registering before 25th November 2004 will also get a customized callsign cap of hamfest 2004.

We also have 200 Raffle Tickets of Rs.500/- each, You may opt for as many tickets as you wish, the more tickets you buy more the chances are of you winning the mega prize of ICOM � IC-706-MK-II G, All mode all band mobile transceiver.

If you are interested in a exhibition stall, you may contact us as soon as possible.

If we get good number of registrations of XYLs & Harmonics, we would arrange special programs for them in our mini theatre so that they don't get bored..

All members are requested to kindly register for our hamfest as soon as possible, We suggest that you register before 25th November 2004 and take advantage of the lucky draw.

We also request you to get us as many advertisements as possible, this will help is financially, also if you know companies interested in sponsoring or co-sponsoring our hamfest then please get in touch with me immediately.

We would also appreciate if you get hold of companies interested in putting up stalls during our festival. The commercial stall charges are Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand Only) for 3 days.

There are few tickets left in Raffle ticket draw which is exclusively for our society, hence you may still take advantage of it. We would be opening this draw very very soon now.

The coming Hamfest meeting is on Sunday 7th November 2004 at Gyan Sadhna College, Thane at 10:00 Am sharp . All members are requested to join us and register for the hamfest.
