Dear Mr Milind, i am sorry if i hurt your feelings, but no one is blaming anything.. i am stuck somewhere and am askin for help...
Guys :-- something strange tht i noticed, when i put only one RAM modules, then it would take the NIC, sata and everything. But when i put in 4 modules, the same thing again, it wont take the tg3.o module, in dmesg i saw tht it gave an error sayin something like unable to find pci resources. Is it linked with the RAM modules and memory allocation or something.. Any kind of assistance will be greatly appreciated guys.

RAM is a 'panwati' that can give you hours of pain and suffering, till you cross check with another RAM module.

Rony.

Is this ECC RAM? If not, test with ECC RAM. This is supposed to be a server, right? Not an el-cheapo desktop?
