I dont think we need a seperate list for this. A seperate tag in subject line is what we have been following since ages, and i think most of the members would have made a procmail script to dump mails having those words, so why bother on creating a different list for this purpose.
Creating fresh list would :
A) Invite All Unwanted Placement consultant putting non-relevant text B) No sensible Linuxer would subscribe to such a spam list anyways. C) So wont solve the intended purpose.
Again just my thought.
