I run qmail on GNU/Linux (Redhat Linux 7.3). I want to know how to achieve the following:

1. user based/ group based Profiling i.e. Some users have the access to send mails only to local domain , while some can send/receive mails both to the local domain and the outside world

2. Blocking certain types of attachments based on filename, extension etc.
