hello luggerz this is an important concern for the PRC. this has happened with us wont like it to happen with someone else. we had taken up the Boot CD project to be our final yr project. but our teachers here at college have turned that down, sayiing they expect something more out of us. so now there shud be some means to select the projects that shud be posted on the PRC. Gurpreet, Can you please specify what that "something more" is.
I think this pretty much indicates that the PRC needs to be tuned in with institutions and their support needs to be acquired. I think as a start, lets find out what were the specific reasons why the Boot CD project was perceived as "less than expected" by Gurpreet and Krunal's teachers.
It will be easy to become disillusioned if many PRC projects are turned down this way!

If I'm not mistaken, your project would have to be a software development project, including analysis, design and implementation. How much of this is involved in the Boot CD project?
