HI I have a squid server at my work place which i maintain, i really have not issues with it except withe following few sites. I try to access these sites through the maxthon or IE browser but i am unable to browse . There is no error on the sqid server logs. Do i need to flush the cache to resolve this issue . All other sites i am able to browse.

What error do you get? Is it a squid-specific error like an ACL violation?

this is the log is found in the access.log when accessing it the 1st time

but this relly wired cause i was able to view all these site 5 minutes ago and the logs looked like this

I dont know if you have already solved this. But looking at your squid log i think the web page you are trying to access is picked (or not?) from squid cache (TCP_IMS_HIT) and 304 suggests that the requested webpage on the web site has not been modified since last request.
