You have a wide selection out there. there are AMD based systems and then there are the mean Mac Machines. Which pretty much leaves you with AMD or AMD. Now that was just the processor motherboard part.

Assuming that everything else such as RAM, Drives etc fall under the category of "it depends", the only differentiators are the motherboard+cpu.

What are you planning to do with the old celeron board? Want to throw it this way?
