It stands for OFF TOPIC and indicates that your post - while most definetly having a topic - is still off the mark for the members of this list.
While reading this very topical mail, a few questions arose in my mind
Loading new hardware in real time system.
What is this. Afaik one always loads hardware in realtime, the resolution being a couple of minutes. However it is mostly out of sync with the software.
C/C++ programming on Linux platform for real time applications.
^^^^ Would drive a cray crazy. (not to mention the more sundry hardware we are condemned to).
