Hi ya all,
We are using postfix as our smtp server. The mails are relayed across 12 different server using maps integrated to openldap. I have this requirement where in we need certain users to receive and send mails attachments more than the default as set by message_size_limit parameter.
I wanted to know if anyone has implemented this. please do let me know even if its not possible to achieve this in postfix.
Thanks, Chirag

I have never used postfix, but in Qmail+LDAP this functionality can be had by using a LDAP control patch. The Qmail control files become LDAP entries.
I guess something similar must exist for Postfix.

This is not possible in any MTA, where there can be more than one recipient (hint: There is only one reply after DATA).

If you had bothered to look at the postfix-users archives, you would know that this is a FAQ :).
